Dashboard

The dashboard is the first page that you see once you log into your Referral Rock account. Your dashboard graphically displays program statistics (such as registration views and referrals created), displays outstanding actions (like pending members), and lists your active programs.

Dashboard Overview

Your dashboard displays the registration views, members registered, member views, referrals views and referrals created via a graph and statistics. You can view a snapshot of today's referral activity or referral activity over All Time. You are also able to track your numbers daily over All Time using the bottom graph. The time range drop-down in the upper left hand corner as shown below allows you to choose a date range to display data from on the graph to get a better feel for shorter and longer term trends. If you have more than one program, the Dashboard will show all active programs automatically. You can use the Program drop-down menu at the top to drill down into a particular program by selecting the desired program.

Member Statistics

The Member Statistics overview displays your Registration Views, New Members, Member Portal Views, and Shares as a numeric value across the date range chosen. The graph displays the number of Registration Views and New Members. By clicking on the three stacked lines in the upper left hand corner you may print the chart or download the image, available in the following formats: PNG, JPEG, PDF, SVG vector.

Referral Statistics

The Referral Statistics overview displays Referral Page Views, New Referrals, Approved Referrals, and Blocked Referrals as a numeric value across the date range chosen. The graph displays the number of Referral Page Views and New Referrals.By clicking on the three stacked lines in the upper left hand corner you may print the chart or download the image, available in the following formats: PNG, JPEG, PDF, SVG vector.

Program Actions

The Program Actions section alerts you of the total Pending Referrals, Pending Rewards, Qualified Referrals, and Distributed Coupons. Each act as a link where you can manage the actions if desired.

Program Audit

The Program Audit section alerts you of any Suggestions and Warnings for each of your programs. Clicking on the program's name will bring you to that program's Details page. You can easily navigate to your program's Audit section (Program Editor > Complete) by clicking on either Suggestions or Warnings for the desired program.
