Can I add an additional custom field to the Member Registration form?

Referral Rock automatically requires name and email for member registration. In addition to requiring phone number, Referral Rock can add up to 3 additional custom registration fields (2 text fields and 1 drop down). To add or edit these custom options:

Select your Program and Edit.

  1. From within the Program Editor, navigate to the Member Portal or click here.
  2. Select Branding > Registration
  3. Enable Custom Fields and follow the prompts within the boxes to create your custom registration fields. If you would like to enable the Phone Number field, select the check box next to 'Require and display phone number'.
Custom Registration Fields will display on a second registration page, after name and email is collected. These fields will be mandatory for registration.
